Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders $50 and over
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at 4allthingshydration.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
